ROSEMARIE HOCKER

Rosemarie Hocker born January 28, 1933 to Frank and Gladys Guy she went home to
be with the lord on February 10,2026

Rosemarie accepted Jesus Christ as her savior at the early age of 5 and was faithful to
him every single day of her life. At a youth service at the Los Angeles Church of God,
Paul Hocker was leading the service and a beautiful young women came up to play the
piano (Rosemarie) The lord told him that was his wife. The lord granted Rosemarie with
her husband Paul 72 years of a loving marriage, serving together, praying together
walking through joy and hardship hand in hand. She was Paul’s partner in ministry,
counseling, encourager, and his best friend.

Rosemarie was trained in early childhood development and taught on and off for many
years. She loved children, and they loved her, it brought her great joy to see their
smiles, laughs, and learn about the lord.

Rosemarie leaves behind, her husband Paul Hocker, Son Steven Paul Hocker and wife
Laurie, Grandkids Jennifer Evans and Jonathan Hocker, Great Grandchildren Joseph
Evans and Mackenzie Evans, and nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Gladys Guy, Brother Frank
Guy, Sisters Jean Chambers and Marjorie Roney and Nephew Dennis Newton.

Viewing will be on Friday March 6, 2026 Between 4-8 pm at Akes Family Funeral Home, Riverside, California.
Graveside Service will be on March 7, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Greenlawn Memorial Park SW Bakersfield, California
