ROBERT EDWARD McMANUS

Robert Edward McManus, 78, passed away on June 18, 2023 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He was born on November 8, 1944 in Rochester, Massachusetts to Harold and Marie (Fanning) McManus. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1966-1968 and was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal earning the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Rifle Marksman Badge. In 1972 he earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design at the University of Bridgeport.. He worked as a cabinet maker and general manager of a cabinet manufacturing business for 33 years. He was a beloved husband and father. Robert enjoyed his job, the beach, classic cars, hunting, and fishing.

He leaves behind his loving wife Carolyn, sons Stephen and Matthew, his grandchildren Violet and Rory, and his brothers William and Richard.

Graveside Committal will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 11:45 am at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
