RICK ALLEN TUNELL

RICK ALLEN TUNELL, 67, passed away on February 28, 2025 in Upland, California. He was born on June 11, 1957 to Alfred and Evelyn (Cox) Tunell. Rick served in the United States Navy from 1975 - 1979 and was honorably discharged as a USS Ranger earning the Good Conduct Medal. He worked in the insurance industry as a workman's comp auditor for 45 years. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.

Rick is survived by his wife Kathleen, his children Dan, Cindy, and Kimberly and grandchildren Brooke, Justin, Ashley, Hunter, Rosie, John, Stephanie and Betty. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred, his sister Karen and his brother Randy.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 10:00- 11:00 am at Sandals Church Palm Avenue. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am. with graveside service to follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
