PORTIA TURNER BORTS

Portia Turner-Borts, 89, passed away on September 20, 2023 in Mission Viejo, California. She was born on February 8, 1925 in Indiana to Frank and Claira (Graham) Kinsey. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She lived in Orange County for the last 2 years. She is survived by her sons Richard and Frank Wilson, her daughter Arlene Wood-Blazon. 

Graveside service will be on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California at 12 noon.
