MORAG McKINLEY HUNNICUTT

SIMI VALLEY, CA: Morag (Kim) McKinley Hunnicutt, age 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday
January 3, 2024. She passed away in Riverside California. Kim was born in Glasgow, Scotland on July
20, 1940, and moved to the U.S. with her parents James Dahl and Charlotte (Henderson) Dahl after
World War II. She married her husband Ronald Phillip Hunnicutt on April 27, 1957, in Van Nuys,
California. They settled in Simi Valley California where they raised their three children. She was
preceded in death by her husband Ronald, her daughter Tamara, her mother Charlotte, her father
James, and her brother Angus “Butch.” She is survived by her sister Evelyn, son Charles (wife Debbie),
her son Michael (wife Karon), her grandchildren Amy, Carly, Ronnie, Ricky, Heather, David, James, and
Karissa and great grandchildren Lily, Ella, Kendall, Averie, Ryker, Hayli, Raelynn, Kinsley, Riley, Carolin,
Jonah, Oakley, and Wyatt as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Above anything else,
Kim loved being a grandma and cherished her time with her grandchildren.
Her services are being held at Oakwood Memorial Park in Chatsworth, California at 1:00pm on Friday
January 12, 2024.
