Obituary

Mildred Ruth Pelzer, 99, passed away on January 6, 2021 in Palm Desert, California. She was born to Noah and Blanche (Neal) Beaver on December 23, 1921 in Joplin, Missouri. She worked as a claims processor for 39 years in civil service for the US Navy. She retired in 1982 from the Riverside Art Association. Ruth was fluent in 3 languages, was the pianist and organist for her church, she enjoyed art, music, and traveling. She made a trip to Europe every year for 43 years. She loved pink and lavender. 

Graveside service is on Wednesday, February 17 at 10:30 am in Riverside National Cemetery.
