MARLA JANE McPETERS

Marla Jane McPeters, 70, passed away on September 11, 2025 in Portland, Oregon. She was born in Riverside, California to James and Ellen (Avery) McPeters on January 4, 1955.

Marla served in the United States air Force for 20 years. She was a site development technician, a carpentry specialist and a staff sergeant. While serving she earned the Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, the Air Force Longevity Service Award, and the National Defense Service Medal.

Survivors include her brother Keith McPeters and his wife Nancy, and their children.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ellen.

Graveside committal will be on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:30 in the morning at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
