MANFRED WILLIAM KEMPER

Manfred William Kemper, 79, passed away on January 17, 2024 in Riverside, California. He was born on January 4, 1945 in Berlin, Germany to Heinrich and Ruth (Boehme) Kemper.

Mr. Kemper was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He worked as a mail carrier for the United States Post Office for over 50 years. Mr. Kemper served his country in the United States Air Force in 1964.

Manfred was preceded in death by his daughter Shay Marie Kemper in 2017. He is survived by his wife Jacquelyn, his daughter Heather, son Bryan and his grandchildren Stevie, Sean, Jessica and Jayden.

Graveside service will be on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 in Riverside National Cemetery at 11:00 am
