LEONARD JERREL COOPER, 76, of Pinon Hills, California , passed away on Saturday, November 08, 2025. Leonard Jerrel Cooper AKA: GERALD LEONARD COOPER was born in unknown, Alabama on June 6, 1949, to Leonard Doil Cooper amd Minnie Will Jackson.
Gerald was a self taught guy. Gerald was a man of many talents and passions. A dedicated truck driver, a hard-working lumberjack, an adventurous race car driver, and a proud bottle hunter who could spot history buried beneath the soil. Above all else, he loved his children deeply. No matter what life brought his way, Gerald carried a good attitude and a steady spirit, reminding everyone around him to keep going with strength and heart. His legacy of hard work, adventure, and unwavering love will live on in all who knew him.. He loved Nascar and bottle hunting. He loved trains as well.
Chapel service will be held at Grimes-Akes Family Funeral Home on Friday, December 05, 2025 10:00 o'clock in the morning. Graveside services will be held at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 11:30 in the morning.
