KEVIN PHILIP SIMMS

Kevin Simms of Moreno Valley CA passed away on Saturday May 20th in Moreno Valley at Riverside University Health Systems Hospital. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Mechell Simms and their three sons, Kevin (Solomon), Josiah, and Caleb. His sister, Karyn, her spouse and two nephews. His bonus Mom and 4 siblings and their children along with his extended family including his mother in law, 7 siblings and their children. Kevin's legacy can be found in the beautiful faces of his three son's; however, his legacy stretches far beyond his blood line. Everyone that ever met Kevin knew he was one of the best overall people you could meet. He was there when you needed a laugh, listen to you when you needed to vent and pray with you when you needed encouragement. Kevin was a sweet spirited person full of laughter and was a joy to be around. His hobbies included fixing things, making people laugh, anything involving DC, Marvel, and Star Wars and being an amazing father. His love for God was insurmountable and was shown in his daily life. He will be missed by all of his family, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. He will truly be remembered daily. Kevin was proceeded in death by his parents and two bonus brothers.
