James Jesse Carole, 93, passed away on June 30, 2021 in Riverside, California. He was born on April 15,1928 in Utica, New York to Martin and Maria (Tinelli) Caroli. He was raised and attended school in Utica, New York and graduated high school with academic honors from Central New York School for the Deaf. He worked as a printer and retired from Vicks Lithograph and Printing in Yorkville, New York in 1987. After retiring he realized his dream and moved to Riverside. He was an artist, a frequent walk-a-thon medalist and a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Rams. He was a member of St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church and Riverside Deaf Seniors.
James was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Judy Ann and his brothers Joseph and Henry Carole. He is survived by his son James Carole (Paula) of Colorado Springs, CO, daughter Marie of Rochester, NY, mother of James and Marie, Florence Carole, of Rochester, NY, :grandchildren Katie O'Sullivan (Drew Carlisle), Daniel O'Sullivan, Meridith (Chad) Pacheco; sister Florence Caroli of Utica, NY; three nieces and one nephew including goddaughter Donna Weber, six great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 4-7 PM in Grimes-Akes Family's "Grace Chapel", Corona, California.
Funeral Mass will be Friday morning July 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM in St Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church.
