John (72) was born in San Bernardino to John Carranza Senior and Lucia Carranza on the 28th day of December in 1951. From a very early age, John was mischievous and hard to handle, as some young kids are. His father guided him to a Seventh Day Adventist doctor, Dr Lansing. Doctor Lansing was kind enough to raise John until he was able to get on his own two feet. Carranza then spent his time figuring out the ins and outs of motor vehicles. He became a self employed mechanic and excellent body repair man. He could handle any paint job and make it look brand new. Any dent or scratch he could make it look like it was never there before. He was good at fixing things, physically, in his work and in his everyday life as well. He was a fix-it man. John’s goal was to someday open up a body shop with his grandchildren, but our heavenly father gave John the gift of rest. Mr. Carranza grew up having a really close relationship with everyone. He is survived by his daughters , Christina and Cassandra, and 4 sons DJ, Michael ,Daniel, and Christian, leaving behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren. John was loving, kind, and generous. He worked hard to produce everything and anything his family asked for. A man who welcomed everyone he met with open and treated everyone like family .
I know each one of you are very saddened by John’s passing. Join us in the memorial of life, Wednesday, January 29,2025, 2pm at Grimes- Akes Family's "Grace Chapel" , Corona, California.
