JOE MAREZ

Joe Marez, 89, passed away on July 18, 2025 in Corona, California at his home. He was born on February 25, 1936 in Corona to Bernardino and Petra (Ortiz) Marez. Joe worked as a truck driver for 35 years. 

Beloved husband, father and grandfather he is survived by his wife Connie and his 4 children Helen Kiteau, Frances Gonzalez, Joey Marez and Richard Marez, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Born and raised in Corona, California he enjoyed coaching little league baseball team. He will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 in Grimes-Akes Family's "Grace Chapel" Corona, California from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Edwards Catholic Church o Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 10:00 am. with graveside service to follow at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 11:30 am.
