JoAnne Hughes, 75, passed away on May 19, 2020 at 3:15 am. She was the wife of Hubert Weldon Hughes Jr. They shared 51 years of marriage. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of Arthur Carlson and Stefania Koliboski, and sister to Linda May.

She was an Officer Manager at Martin-Barron until she recently retired. She attended Life Bible Fellowship in Upland, Ca. She will be remembered by her love of: watching DIY network, sitting with her grandkids, watching movies with big bowl of popcorn, going to her grandchildren events, her kind heart, sense of humor, and love of life.
She is survived by her four children: Michelle, Melinda, Melissa, Chris and Amy Hughes daughter -in- law. Her grandchildren: Gabrielle Hughes, Taylor Pisano, Lauren and Jake Kremer, Dylan, Brenden, and Emma Hughes. Ryder and Max Earle, Alethea Kidder, Adrienne Weber, Curtis, and Charles Hancock. Great grandchildren: Nathan, Cyrus and Liam Hatchett, Cash Morrison and Kaela Weber, and Isabella Kirpachova. She is survived by Kathy David her sister-in-law. She was proceeded in death by her husband Hubert Weldon Hughes, Jr., her parents Arthur Carlson and Stefania Koliboski, her stepdaughter Capitola Hancock.

The visitation will be with immediate family on May 29, 2020 at Akes Family Funeral Home @ 1030 am due to COVID19. The burial will be on June 5, 2020 at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:02. You can only watch from car, which is why her family will have a Memorial to Celebrate her Life with family and friends who loved her at a later date.
