Irene Mabilangan Horne

On January 7, 2021, Irene Mabilangan Horne sadly passed away at Victor Valley Global Medical Center. She leaves behind her children, grandchildren, and friends. Irene was born in the Philippines on April 5, 1942. When she was young she met her husband Russell Horne, they fell madly in love and he brought her and her family to the United States where they would begin their beautiful life together. Russell was retires  from the military and had many jobs so Irene never had to work. Irene was a great homemaker, she was more than that, she was a mother, a loving, giving and beautiful individual. She also spent a good amount of time babysitting  the neighborhood kids. She loved her grandchildren very much. Her life was taken from us too soon and very unexpected. During these sad times we can only hope she is now reunited with her wonderful husband Russell Horne, both happy and at peace for eternity.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 5-7:30 pm in Grimes-Akes Family's "Grace Chapel" 

Graveside service is on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at !0 O'Clock in the morning in Riverside National Cemetery.
