GINA MARIE REZAC

On Thursday, July 8, 2021, Gina Marie Rezac, devoted life partner and step mother to three children and six grandchildren passed away comfortably at home surrounded by her loving family and pets at the age of 58.

Gina was born on February 21, 1963 in Lompoc, CA to Warren and Norma Jean Rezac. She graduated from Notre Vista High School and attended Riverside City College both in Riverside, CA. She was a Financial Advisor and co-owner of Martinez and Rezac Financial Services. Gina and devoted life partner Efren Martinez established their private practice at its present location in downtown Riverside in 2002 after moving their practice out of the Riverside County Federal/Riverside Counties/Altura Credit Union they managed since 1994.

Gina was preceded in death by her father, Warren Rezac, her mother, Sydney Sutton-Smith (Aka: Norma Jean) her brother Barry Rezac and sister Diana Parrish. Gina is survived by her loving life partner, best friend and business partner, Efren Martinez, children she loved as her own, Justin (Crystal) Martinez, Melissa (Michael) Encoe and Meghan Martinez, her six grandchildren, Nolan and Owen Martinez, Dahlia, Daphne, Hazel and Dietrich Encoe. She was especially excited to welcome Niko Martinez to the world in August 2021. She is also survived by her brother Alan Rezac, step mother Lillian Rezac, her step brother Salvatore Gulino and step sisters Rosemarie Gulino and Laura Vogt, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
