Elizabeth Rita Smith

Elizabeth Rita Smith, age 96, passed away on August 24, 2020 in Perris, California. She was born to William and Elizabeth (Rinick) Falkenstein on March 7, 1924 in New Jersey. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Elizabeth enjoyed cooking, cleaning and taking care of her home. She loved to garden and especially loved African violets. She enjoyed collecting teapots and having tea with her family.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Fred E. Smith in 2010. She is survived by her children John R. Smith, Walter B. Smith (Cathy), Nancy G. Nelson (Robin), Synomyn Costales (Lloyd); grandchildren Sari G. Smith, Brock I. Smith, Rebekah J. Brasee, Rolf L.E. Nelson, David R. Smith, Kirk N. Smith, Tessa N. Smith, Julia E. Costales, Quincy G. Costales; and her sisters Evelyn Wheaton and Dorthy Dickens.
