EDWARD JOSEPH SIMKO

Edward Joseph Simko, 75, passed away on June 30, 2021 in Alta Loma, California. He was born on July 3, 1945 in Newark, New Jersey to George and Anne (Holczli) Under.

Edward worked as a private investigator for over 35 years in the Barstow area. He was a proud Marine and served his country faithfully. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and also of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Barstow.

He was preceded in death by his son-in-law Paco Flores in 2012. Edward is survived by his beloved wife Geraldine; daughters Debbie Flores and Kimberly Lepore (Steve); sons Ted Simko (Janine) and Edward Simko; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Fuenral Mass will be on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Barstow, California.

Graveside service with full military honors will be on Tuesday July 20, 2021 in Riverside National Cemetery at 12:30 in the afternoon.
