DARLENE HUGHES

Darlene Hughes, 90, passed away on April 26, 2024 in Riverside, California. She was born on February 6, 1934 in Riverside, California to Richard e. and Vida Lois (Morgan) Babcock.

She graduated from Riverside Poly High School in 1951. She worked as a telephone operator for Pac Bell, At&T and Gen Tel in Palm Springs and Indio for 23 years. SHe enjoyed gardening, dancing and eating good food. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald in 2001, her sisters Patricia and Lucy. She is survived by her son Anthony Hughes (Pat), grandchildren Kris Martin and Tyler Hughes, as well as many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Graveside Funeral Service will be on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Olivewood Memorial Park, Riverside, California.
