Carlos Delgado Rivas

Carlos Delgado Rivas, age 86, passed away on July 22, 2020 in Palmdale, California. He was born on November 4, 1933 in Metamoros, Mexico to Jose and Flora (Delgado) Rivas.

He worked as a warehouse supervisor for 39 years. Carlos served in The United States Army from April 1956 until April 1958. He earned the Sharpshooter Medal for Rifle, the Marksman Medal for Carbine and the Good Conduct Medal. He was a loving husband and father and he enjoyed singing and playing music, baseball and bowling.

Carlos is survived by his wife Maria, his children Carlos Rivas (Christina), Roger Rivas, Tony Rivas, Jose Rivas (Laura), and Ermalinda Dominguez (Sergio). Loving grandfather of 20 and great-grandfather of 21. He was preceded in death by his son Andres Rivas in 2017. He will be greatly missed by those he knew and loved.
