CHARLOTTE (RODRIGUEZ) SANCHEZ

CHARLOTTE SANCHEZ age 90, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at home in Corona, CA with her family by her side.

She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jose Sanchez on Tuesday, May 26, 1931, in Corona, CA where she remained a life-long resident. Charlotte was employed by Calcom Technologies in Anaheim for over 20 years and held other various positions throughout the years before her retirement.  Her spouse of 57 years, Jesus Lara Santillan preceded her in death in 2020, as well as her daughter, Linda Alvarado in 2017. She is survived by her sister, Velia Sanchez Mendez of Burbank and her children Carlos Magdalano of Corona, and Steve Santillan (Sylvia) of Hemet, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Charlotte enjoyed attending dances, family and local community gatherings, neighborhood friendships and sailing abroad on many cruises. As well as playing her favorite slot machines at various casinos, eating her favorite desserts and gardening. She led a long fulfilling life as beloved Wife, Mother, Grandma, Grand-Grandma, and friend.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 10am-12pm in Grimes-Akes Family's "Grace Chapel" Corona California with Chapel Blessing at 12 noon.

Graveside Service will be in Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
