CHARLES RAY MULLINS

Charles Ray Mullins, Nov 28,1929 - Feb 8, 2026 passed away peacefully at his home with his
family around him at the age of 96 on February 8, 2026. He was a military veteran having
served 22 years, 6 months and 22 days in the United States Air Force. He served honorably as
an aircraft mechanic serving his last years with the Air Force, as a Crew Chief on the RC-135
Reconnaissance Aircraft.

Charles or as his friends in the service called him “Charlie” met the love of his life Eudocia
Fierro Mendoza while stationed at Biggs AFB, TX. They met at a diner that he frequented with
his friends in Mexico. He told his friends when he first saw her that he was going to marry her
one day and so they did. Later she changed her name to Susan Mullins when she became a
citizen of the United States. They were faithfully married for 50 years.

Charles and Susan had six children. Daughters: Rose Hoxsey, Sandra Andersen, Diane
Townsend and sons: George Mullins, Robert Mullins, John Mullins. Grand children: Christopher
Presnell, Mickey Hoxsey, Jessica Williams, Sara Blovat, Vanessa Sanchez, Donald Marshall,
Jeremiah Mullins, Zachariah Mullins, LeAura Mullins, Isiah and Raymond Mullins, Elizabeth
Barrington, Ross Harney, Ootti Mullins and great grand kids.

Charles wife Susan preceded him in death by 3 1/2 yrs to be with the Lord. His daughter Rose Hoxsey also preceded him in death within the same year.

Service is scheduled for February 19, 2026. Viewing at 11:30 with the with the funeral mass at
12 noon at Queen of Angels Catholic Church 4824 Jones Ave,
Riverside, Ca. 92505.
