CARMEL LINO SAPIANO

Carmel Lino Sapiano passed away Friday January 17th, 2025 in Riverside, CA at the age of 93 years. He was born in July 16th, 1931 to Giuseppe and Grace Vella Sapiano in Birkirkara, Malta.

Carmel was married to the love of his life for 60 years. He had a sharp wit, worked hard, loved playing soccer, and taking long walks. He loved his family and spending time with them.

Carmel is survived by his Son Anthony, his daughter Patricia, his grandchildren; Ronald Sapiano, Monica Simon, Melina Sapiano-Liou, Melissa Simon, James Simon Fobelli, Gino Sapiano, eight great grandchildren, and two sisters, Rosemary Coliero and Connie Cassar.

Family will greet guests on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 10 am-12 pm in Akes Family's "Chapel Of The Chimes" Riverside, California. Funeral Service will follow at 12 noon.

Graveside service with military honors will be at 2 pm at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
