AVELINA AGNES PEREZ

Evelyn Perez was born on January 21, 1943, to Manuel and Theresa Perez. On December 6, 2025, she was called home to be with the Lord. She is survived by her beloved siblings, Manuel Perez and Irene Vice, and was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Perez and Alfred Perez. Born and raised in Corona, Evelyn was a devoted parishioner of St. Edward’s Church, where she joyfully sang in the choir and faithfully served in the prison ministry, living out her love for God and others.

Evelyn was known for her joyful spirit and infectious laughter. She deeply cherished spending time with her nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly and held close to her heart.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23

May Evelyn rest in eternal peace, embraced by God’s everlasting love, and may her faith, joy, and kindness continue to inspire all who knew her.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 9:00 am at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Corona with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 9:30 am and Mass of Christian Burial to follow Rosary at 10:00am. Graveside service will be at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park at 11:30am.
